KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily operations and manage volunteers.
- Develop, implement and evaluate programs, services and activities to achieve or address the committee-endorsed Strategic Plan.
- Oversee financial management and compliance with policies.
- Build strong relationships with community stakeholders.
- Prepare submissions and acquittals for funding from the Government and other relevant funding bodies.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the development of strategic partnerships with other community organisations and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Significant experience in operational program planning and delivery, including grant writing and contract management.
- Knowledge of the Nagambie, Strathbogie area.
The position will be for a 12-month contract, subject to a 3-month trial period. The term of employment is subject to ongoing Government funding.
Terms and conditions come under the SCHADS award.
HOURS
- 25 hours a week permanent part-time
- Able to start February 2025
