KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily operations and manage volunteers.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate programs, services and activities to achieve or address the committee-endorsed Strategic Plan.
  • Oversee financial management and compliance with policies.
  • Build strong relationships with community stakeholders.
  • Prepare submissions and acquittals for funding from the Government and other relevant funding bodies.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in the development of strategic partnerships with other community organisations and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Significant experience in operational program planning and delivery, including grant writing and contract management.
  • Knowledge of the Nagambie, Strathbogie area.

The position will be for a 12-month contract, subject to a 3-month trial period. The term of employment is subject to ongoing Government funding.

Terms and conditions come under the SCHADS award.

HOURS

  • 25 hours a week permanent part-time
  • Able to start February 2025
