The role of Program Manager, Over and Under Policing will lead the development and implementation of the next chapter in the Police Accountability Project - a project renowned nation-wide for working with communities subjected to over and under policing due to intersectional and systemic constructs of disadvantage and marginalisation.

The Program Manager will support a small team to identify the mechanisms for change and implement solutions based on sound evidence and by working with and listening deeply to the communities we serve.

Reporting to the Director, Advocacy and Policy, and as part of the leadership team at IMCL, you will contribute to a passionate and dedicated team of lawyers, community engagement, education, research and advocacy professionals and have meaningful input into the direction of this highly regarded and innovative community legal centre, serving the communities within the City of Melbourne, Flemington, and Kensington.
