About the NLC

We are responsible for assisting Aboriginal people in the Top End of the Northern Territory to acquire and manage their lands and seas. Our vision is to ensure that Aboriginal people benefit socially, culturally and economically from the secure possession of their land, waters and seas.

About the Role

The Asset Management Officer will be responsible for a wide range of asset management related functions, which are integral to supporting the NLC’s strategic objectives and continuity of business operations through the provision of asset management services, systems and infrastructure.

About you

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Knowledge and experience in asset management principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to be flexible and adapt.
• A manual driver’s licence and be able to travel remotely.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Full Time – Continuous contract – based in Darwin
• Salary: AS05 $67,912 - $72,011 per annum plus allowances
• FBT exempt salary packaging benefits
• 13% superannuation contribution
• 5 weeks annual leave & 17.5% annual leave loading
