Join our Team and travel our beautiful country! Are you an Asset Management professional and customer focused? The Asset and Property Team has an exciting new role for an Asset Officer to join our dynamic team.
The Asset Officer is responsible for a wide range of asset management related functions, which are integral to supporting the NLC’s strategic objectives through the provision of asset management services, systems and infrastructure. NLC Assets include minor and major assets from fleet through to buildings/infrastructure.
A background that offers and demonstrates that you have a sound knowledge and experience in asset management principles and practices including whole of life process. If you have a sound ability to interpret and implement legislation, regulations and standards and are keen to work with a dedicated and professional team, this could be the opportunity for you. You will be a natural problem solver, energised by finding innovative solutions to complex problems and operating with a view of continuous improvement and effecting user friendly processes. A base salary of $73,987 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
