Are you able to provide guidance and provide high level administration support in matters both great and small? Are you a trusted confidant and like being a front-and-centre resource for key business decisions? Then we have a great fixed-term opportunity for you, which will be covering a parental leave position until the end of April 2025.
We are seeking an experienced EA to provide support to our CEO. This position will be responsible for providing executive level administrative and project support, this includes executing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, managing and advising on daily and strategic priorities and supporting the day-to-day work of the CEO.
You will have high level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills combined with excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will bring excellent customer service ethos that supports your team and builds strong and effective stakeholder relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. An eye for detail and solid report writing skills.

A base salary of $98,720 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 with additional Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
