Join our Team and travel our beautiful country! Are you an Property Maintenance professional and customer focused? The Asset and Property Team has an exciting new role for an Property Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic team.
The Northern land council are currently recruiting for a self-starting Property Officer with a Maintenance background. The Property Maintenance Officer will assist with a wide range of property and facility management related functions, which are integral to supporting the NLC’s Asset and Property team and the management of both owned and leased commercial and residential properties across the NLC’s network.
Practical experience in Facility, Housing and / or Property Management with a trade or maintenance background being highly desirable. A working knowledge of contract management including scoping, negotiating and letting contracts. Allocation and management of office space with our buildings, and sourcing regional contractors and procurement of R&M.

A base salary of $73,987 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
