- Part-Time (0.8 FTE, 30.4 hrs per week), Maximum Term role until 13 December 2024
- $52K - $54K (Pro rata) + superannuation + eligibility for salary packaging

The Mental Health Services Administration Support Officer will provide high quality administrative support to the intake and assessment functions of the CAREinMIND™ program, referral and access teams as directed by the Leads for Mental Health Service commissioning and Mental Health Access. The Mental Health Services Administration Support Officer will have the ability to multitask and apply strong administration skills in a busy team environment. As this is a customer facing role, the Mental Health Administration Support Officer will also have a professional and proactive approach to the delivery of professional services and support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

What are PHNs?
PHNs have been established with two key objectives:
- increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of services for community members, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes
- improving coordination of care to ensure people receive the right care in the right place, at the right time
A typical week may include:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence and enquiries in line with agreed protocols
- Add and maintain data, including referral and provider information, to organisational data systems paying attention to data privacy and security at all times
- Contribute to Information and Knowledge Management activities in collaboration with the Senior Administration Support Officer and lead any other tasks and ad hoc duties that may be required to support service needs
- Prioritise and complete program administration duties within the scope of the role with attention to detail and quality
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated excellent administration skills with ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and maintain a customer service focus
- Relevant qualifications or experience in administration (experience working in a medical or allied health practice is preferred)
- Are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding client, referrer and provider details.
- Are proficient in using common software e.g. Microsoft Office including outlook, word and excel
- Have experience working collaboratively as part of a team in a busy and dynamic environment
