No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence along with a range of other programs. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

Classification: SCHADS level 5 (plus 2%) $99,324 plus superannuation
Location: Flexible
We have several opportunities for skilled and experienced Counsellors to work in our Brief Intervention Service where you would be responsible for engaging with clients to provide professional one-on-one telephone counselling, advisory and support services in a multi-session format. Counsellors should also have experience in conducting risk assessment and safety planning in accordance with protocols, procedures, and clinical governance frameworks.
From time to time, Counsellors may also be required to work in other programs including the Men's Referral Service which operates on a 24/7 roster.
