No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector.

We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

About the role

The Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator oversees management of contracts enabling NTV to be fully conversant of obligations and key performance measures, and ensuring systems are in place to manage contractual obligations.

Working in conjunction with the Quality, Risk and Compliance Team, the Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator will support systems of quality and risk management including providing linkage of actions required for management of accreditation, risk profiling, incident reporting, management of privacy and participation in continuous quality improvement.

This role will be 0.6 or 0.8 FTE and we are open to candidates from all states and territories.

About you

  • Extensive relevant experience related specifically to this role
  • Highly developed problem solving, critical thinking, communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, able to meet tight deadlines, and respond to shifting organisational requirements
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to manage and coordinate internal/external stakeholders, including project coordination with internal stakeholders
  • A team player with an ability to think strategically in a whole-of-organisation context.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Experience in updating documents and systems to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements
  • Experience in end-to-end contract management of Government and Not for Profit contracts preferred.
