Position overview

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will provide operational management to direct service delivery programs, encourage reflective evidence-based practice, be an innovative thinker and support and champion changes in practice and culture.

You will be a person able to lead others in order to achieve optimal individual and team performance through coaching, mentoring, and delegating.

Selection criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field and 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those
  with program management experience)
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of successfully managing multiple programs with staff based in multiple locations
• High level of knowledge and experience in program development and growth and the delivery of programs in a complex and changing environment
• Exceptional ability to collaborate, communicate, and execute across functions and all levels of employees and stakeholders
• Ability to influence with policy solutions and practical solutions
• Demonstrated Strong decision-making capability based on informed evidence
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Desirable

• Masters' degree in a related field
• Experience with client relationship management software
• Working knowledge of outcome measurement tools

Additional requirements

• Evidence of full COVID vaccination
• Current NSW Drivers licence
• A current NSW Working with Children's Check
• A National Police Check
