Provide strategic and pragmatic leadership and insights to the CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board to ensure optimal financial and operating performance for NRCH. The CCO will manage and oversee key areas including Finance, IT, Facilities, Data, and Asset Management, and identify and implement strategies to position NRCH for sustainability and growth aligned with the future direction of the organisation.

Drive accountable and sustainable corporate and financial governance in a community health organisation that is a dynamic force dedicated to transforming the landscape of healthcare accessibility The role will role model the organisational values and provide constructive, collaborative and respectful leadership to NRCH people, partners and stakeholders, along with demonstrating commitment to driving innovation and inclusivity.

About you

  • A collaborative, innovative and strategic leader committed to addressing health inequity
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in finance or business including demonstrated expertise in corporate governance
  • Proven success in fostering strong and inclusive organisational culture and capability.
  • CPA/CA qualified and prior Company Secretary experience would be highly regarded.
