About our Senior Solicitor (Civil) role…

This role will offer legal advice and assistance to vulnerable clients in relation to civil matters such as family violence restraining orders, other restraining orders, consumer debts, elder abuse, enduring power of attorney and enduring power of guardianship. Duty lawyer and outreach rosters may also apply.

What an average day might look like…

• Offering legal advice and assistance to vulnerable clients.
• Attending court or providing outreach services to our program partners.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders (eg legal, community, corporate, etc.) to achieve effective client outcomes.
• Represent the NSCLC in internal and external meetings, activities and events.
