ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative and passionate creative to join our team on a casual basis to help tell our important and powerful stories.

You will be a skilled storyteller, with key skills in videography, video editing and podcasting. You will be given tasks to create empowering, creative and share-worthy content, across the mediums of video, photography and podcasts.

• Casual Level 5.1 Social Community and Homecare and Disability Services Award
• Sydney based - current and ongoing work from home arrangements in place

ABOUT CID

Essential Selection Criteria

• Commitment to the human rights of people with disability and the principles of participation and inclusion.
• Experience creating content and stories for a brand.
• Experience developing processes and creating a range of engaging and impactful communication assets in a specified portfolio area
• Demonstrated experience in productive working relationships with colleagues to achieve required outcomes.

Key skills

• Excellent video production and photography skills.
• Experience in planning and developing podcasts.
• Proven ability to create engaging and impactful stories.
• Ability to engage in positive working relationships with talent and participants.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and achieve required outcomes in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills, and the ability to encourage and support people to tell their stories.
• Ability to work within a brand and organisational style and voice.
