The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) in association with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation New South Wales Branch (ANMF NSW Branch) seeks a Salesforce Administrator / Cybersecurity.

Specialist to join our Business Services and Compliance team on a 2-year temporary full-time basis.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the organisation’s Salesforce-based member management and servicing platform. This includes administration, system configuration, resolving technical issues, applying minor fixes and enhancements, performing data uploads and creating customised reports.

The role is also responsible for assisting with the implementation and review of security measures for all information technology systems, to safeguard data and ensure adherence with best practice security standards.

Key accountabilities

  1. Resolve Salesforce user support tickets.
  2. Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, data management, dashboards and reports.
  3. Analyse user needs to identify possible application solutions within Salesforce.
  4. Create and maintain technical documentation for ticket resolutions and enhancements.
  5. Assist with the creation and maintenance of a master IT asset inventory in Salesforce to record the applications, systems, software and devices that the organisation uses, as well as other key metadata such as costs, and deployment/decommission dates.
  6. Provide guidance to continually improve the Association’s compliance with CIS Controls.
  7. Assist with building, maintaining and updating cybersecurity systems and practices, and implement robust security protocols.
  8. Provide advice and undertake activities that contribute to the development and update of IT policies.

Key considerations

  • Demonstrable experience in IT security and risk management, governance and compliance.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide consistently high levels of support, to tight timelines.
  • Customer-centric approach and willingness to actively engage in mentoring colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred.
