Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role is to work in a practical capacity across our businesses alongside staff with disabilities . The all 'Social Enterprise All Rounder' will ensure tasks are completed to the satisfaction of our customers whilst assisting the meaningful inclusion of workers. The role will be diverse one and could include anything from tending plants to baking a cake or delivering catering!

Selection Criteria:

• Experience in hospitality / customer service or horticulture - or ideally both! (happy to get an apron or steel cap boots on- whatever it takes to get the job done!)
• Fast learner and adaptable so you can assist where needed in our enterprises.
• Kind, friendly & happy to help colleagues when they need it.
• Ability to work alongside others, communicate in a clear and empathetic manner and be a supportive, proactive team player.
• Hold a current Class “C” drivers licence and have experience towing and reversing trailers.
• Commitment to a culture inclusive of diversity and disability and able to demonstrate this through personal or life experience
• Demonstrated ability to comply with work health and safety systems.
• Good ability to communicate with colleagues, work through challenges and remain calm and positive.
• Experience in the use of a range of software tools, social media and marketing a plus.\
• Willing to take instruction from industry supervisors (e.g. chef, gardener/horticulturalist) 
• Can do some early morning starts from 7:00 a.m.
