Ocean Mind, a non-profit organisation transforming lives through surf therapy, is seeking a motivated Program Manager to join our team. Based in the stunning coastal regions of Greater Geelong, this exciting part-time role (4 days a week) is ideal for someone looking to lead and grow impactful programs that support young people with disabilities, social isolation, and mental health challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage our NDIS and School programs, including NDIS therapeutic surf sessions, family support services, school programs, and community partnerships.
  • Coordinate and support a passionate team of program facilitators, ensuring smooth and successful service delivery.
  • Connect with NDIS families, schools, and community partners, fostering relationships that make a lasting impact.
  • Champion Ocean Mind’s mission by promoting our services to the local community and beyond.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for working with young people, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong experience in the NDIS service system and an understanding of the challenges faced by children with disabilities.
  • A background in youth work, disability support, occupational therapy, or similar.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide a small team of facilitators.
  • Surfing knowledge and/or experience in adventure sports is a huge plus (don’t worry, you’ll be trained if you’re not a pro yet!).
  • A Working with Children Check and current police check.
