Ocean Mind is seeking an experienced Grants and Philanthropy Manager to help drive our mission of transforming the lives of young people through surf therapy. In this pivotal 12-month role, you’ll step into a position designed to support our Interim CEO during the maternity leave of our Founder. You will be the driving force behind securing essential funding streams through grants, philanthropy, and partnerships—key to ensuring the financial sustainability of our organisation. This role isn’t just about securing income; it’s about building and strengthening long-term relationships with funders and donors that will carry Ocean Mind forward.
