Odyssey House Victoria (OHV) is a place of hope and positive change for individuals working towards breaking their pattern of addiction. The position is based at Lower Plenty in a residential treatment setting utilising the Therapeutic Community model of care. Residents are encouraged to support themselves and others in the personal change process as well as having a multidisciplinary team approach. The program consists of group-based treatment, exploration of values and goals and skill development.
We are seeking an experienced and versatile individual to deliver evidence-based training modules to our Residents through psychoeducational group work facilitation.
This role would suit someone who has experience in transferring/imparting knowledge for skills development whilst also facilitating group discussions and managing dynamics of disadvantaged or challenged group of individuals.

OHV requires staff in clinical positions to have the following competencies (or their equivalent). Where people do not already have these competencies, OHV will invest in the staff’s professional development by providing them through our registered training organisation (RTO).
