Open Minds is seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead to join our team! Funded by the Country to Coast Primary Health Network (PHN), our Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) stepped care services provide comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across Central Queensland, Wide Bay, and the Sunshine Coast.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the Clinical Care Coordination component of our stepped care service, which provides comprehensive support to individuals with severe and complex mental health conditions by integrating clinical care with psychosocial support and connecting them to necessary services. You will work with the Operations Manager to establish and deliver Clinical Care Coordination services across the CCQ region, providing clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
