Our organisation is committed to improving the well-being of young people through dedicated support and innovative services. We strive to make a positive difference by providing a range of comprehensive services, including mental health, alcohol and drug counseling, vocational support, and healthcare. Our team works tirelessly to create a supportive environment that helps young people thrive.
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will deliver contemporary, evidence-based psychological support to young people. This role exists to enhance the mental well-being of our clients, helping them navigate challenges and improve their lives. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you'll work full-time (or part-time for the right candidate) in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will collaborate with our intake team, which performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring that young people receive the right support at the right time. Your impact will be felt across the community as you help shape a better future for young people.
We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals who are dedicated to improving young people's lives. Ideal candidates include Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Mental Health Accredited Social Workers, Mental Health Accredited Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers.
You should have experience working with mental health and well-being across a broad client base, focusing on recovery and strengths-based approaches. Experience with young people and their families is highly desirable. Key requirements include relevant registrations, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), and a satisfactory Police Check.
