Your new job

The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will play a critical role in the implementation of Orygen Digital’s MOST platform in VIC to augment the mental health support young people receive from these services. The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will engage with mental health services in providing significant onboarding, training, and ongoing support of services and their staff.

Reporting to Clinical Implementation Lead VIC you will:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with service leaders and staff to support the MOST platform's implementation.
  • Embedded Support: Spend regular, scheduled time at partner services to respond to questions and solve implementation challenges.
  • Training and Education: Train participating staff on the MOST platform, ensuring effective and efficient use.
  • Implementation Improvements: Gather feedback and collaborate on refining training materials and strategies to improve the MOST platform rollout.
  • General Support: Perform other tasks as directed by the Clinical Implementation Facilitator to support successful implementation.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
  • Experience in youth mental health services, with knowledge of relevant systems and the not-for-profit sector.
  • Skilled in training, public communication, supporting new clinical initiatives and passion for engaging clinical services, leaders and clinicians in the implementation of novel models of care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence within clinical contexts.
  • Understanding of Australian mental health service models, particularly in Victoria.
