Step into an impactful role as a Full-Stack Engineer with Orygen Digital, where you’ll drive the ongoing development and innovation of the MOST platform—a unique mental health support tool for young people, health professionals, and global partners.

Working with a talented team, you’ll be responsible for building both frontend and backend services, ensuring secure integrations, supporting third-party APIs, and partnering with DevOps for seamless operation.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Shape scalable and cost-effective architecture, advancing our tech stack across frontend and backend.
  • Lead the way in security and technology integration for MOST, bringing new, user-focused innovations to life.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases and smooth platform performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and research to create a high-impact product that changes lives.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Extensive commercial development experience, particularly in full-stack environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/NodeJS.
  • Hands-on experience with VueJS, microservices, event-driven systems, AWS infrastructure, and RESTful API design.
  • Technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, logging, testing, monitoring, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), along with Linux and bash scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and judgment, with the ability to discern when to act independently versus when to escalate.
