The Network Engagement Coordinator will be responsible to support the development and implementation of the BEING learning platform for global youth mental health and actively manage ongoing partnerships within the Orygen Global platform. The new BEING initiative requires effective project management and stakeholder engagement for effective implementation.

Reporting to the Projects and Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Plan and support the organisation of cross-network activities tailored to the needs of funded projects.
  • Monitor and support the collection of data on network, implementation and outcome measures from regional hubs.
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of cross-network activities through administration, design of session run sheets and liaising with session speakers.
  • Support the organisation of Steering Committee and Network Implementation Meetings and provide general administrative support relating to the Network as required.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in the health or social sciences field.
  • A demonstrated commitment and understanding of the principles of youth engagement and lived experience participation and how they translate at an organisational, cultural and resource level.
  • Experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, networking, growing online or in-person communities, or in international development.
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary between $80,000 - $90,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 11% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
