The Reporting Analyst will play a key part in extracting, analysing, and interpreting program data to generate valuable business insights through the creation of high-quality, regular reports to support informed decision making.

Reporting to the National Project Manager you will:

• Collate and analyse data to produce regular reporting, monitoring the performance of MOST meeting a range of internal and external reporting requirements for MOST.
• Present data in a format that is readily and clearly understood by target audience/stakeholders, utilising data visualisations and other data communication techniques.
• Contribute to identifying data-related issues and opportunities for improving processes and systems to enhance Orygen Digital’s data-driven culture and approach.
• Support teams with data and insights for ad hoc business purposes, ensuring tasks and timelines are completed on time and within requirements.

What you’ll need

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

• Tertiary-level qualifications in a data-related field (e.g., Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in interacting with databases and dashboards, including PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with data analysis, reporting and interpreting and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to various audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint), including pivot tables, data manipulation techniques, and visualizations and other software.
