Sales Representative

Our Futures Institute

At OurFutures Institute we believe we all share a responsibility to help guide young people towards a brighter future, which is why we are dedicated to positively influencing young people to make informed decisions for their health and wellbeing.

We are dedicated to educating young people and preventing harms from alcohol, substance use, e-cigarettes, and tobacco cigarettes. Our award-winning prevention education programs empower young people with the knowledge and skills to thrive.

As Sales Representative you will be our front-line when teachers, school leaders, wellbeing leaders, clinical nurses, and health professionals reach out to us when looking for support.

Alcohol and drug education is a mandatory part of the school curriculum and we have built a marketing ecosystem that generates inbound enquiries for the right person to follow-up and support. We also have a growing list of contacts from schools across Australia to mine.

We need an experienced part-time sales representative to take the lead in driving our impact and our growth as a not for profit.

We are looking for a seriously experienced sales person who can work independently. Someone who has years of solid experience - hitting numbers and driving growth. Someone who loves talking to people and helping them. Someone who has a passion for supporting young people.

In addition to offering an attractive salary and rewarding commission structure, as a public benevolent institution you will be eligible for tax benefits through fringe benefit exemptions.

Sales Development

  • Respond to inbound enquiries by providing a world-class sales experience for them.
  • Manage leads through the sales process; setting appointments, following up on leads, tracking progress towards meeting our sales and impact goals, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, closing deals and providing an excellent handover to the support team.
  • Develop new leads by working on our database of contacts
