We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to fill the role of Data Analyst at Oxfam Australia. This role sits in the Fundraising, Partnerships and Community (FP&C) section at Oxfam Australia. FP&C exists to inspire and invite individuals, communities and institutions to contribute their financial support, ideas and resources to advance our shared purpose of achieving a just and sustainable world without poverty.
The Supporter Insights and Analytics (SIA) team plays a vital role within the FP&C Section at Oxfam Australia. We work to enhance Oxfam’s data and analytics capabilities, develop comprehensive reporting, and help ensure that Oxfam Australia has a deep understanding of our supporters’ needs and motivations.
As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimise Oxfam Australia’s data and analytic systems. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to enhance our data warehouse, improve both data modelling and ingestion processes, build analytic tools, and create insightful dashboards that analyse campaign and program results. Your work will directly support our fundraising initiatives, as well as helping the business understand its supporters and our fundraising program.
