OzChild has an exciting opportunity that has arisen for Psychologist/Therapist to join their "Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect Team " based in Campbelltown, New South Wales.

We are looking for an experienced Psychologist / Therapist to join their " Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect team" based in Campbelltown, New South Wales
Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN) is a researched community-based treatment model directed at families with children aged 6-17 years old. This internationally recognised program is designed for families who have come to the recent attention of child protection services and has proven to keep families together, prevent children entering out-of-home care, ensure children and young people are safe, and reduce mental health difficulties experienced by adults and children. The MST-CAN program is particularly effective for children who may have a history of trauma and/or neglect.

As a member of this team, you will deliver treatment according to the multisystemic therapy principles with the aim of producing positive change for children and families. MST-CAN provides intensive treatment to families for a period of around 6 to 9 months including specific clinical treatments that target areas such as trauma, mental health and drug and alcohol misuse.
