We have an amazing leadership role based in our Goodna Queensland Office (with travel to other offices when required) or candidate can be in Toowoomba and operate out of our Toowoomba office
This role is pivotal in leading a team & being responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the program as well as fostering a supportive environment for all staff.
The Team Leader will support the operational delivery of business outcomes and improvement for Queensland Services including supervising 7 staff within the QLD General Foster and Kinship care program. The incumbent will contribute to the focus on identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement informed through business analysis; represent the QLD Services programs and its teams with internal and external stakeholders in line with OzChild culture and behaviours.
