We are a small not-for-profit organisation supporting our members who work in mental health. We need a capable and proactive person to join our membership team.

The right person will have an eye for detail, a positive customer focus and excellent written English skills. They will be happy answering queries from members and potential members as well as checking that membership applications meet the membership requirements.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience and have experience working with Microsoft programs including Office 365. Experience working with databases would be an advantage.
