We have an exciting casual opportunity for an experienced Support Services Administrator to help lead our engagement with all our supporters.
In the role of Support Services Administrator, you will support the Fundraising and Education teams to deliver a variety of important fundraising portfolios of the business.
You will be building relationships and servicing our important donors and supporters, and be responsible for managing the accurate entry of donor records into the donor database.
You will also support the operation of the corporate office and event administration for Fight Parkinson’s when required to deliver a variety of community focused programs.
Casual - approximately two set days per week, and additional days where required.
Office hours are 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri. Some flexibility is required for occasional work outside these hours (8:30am or 6:30pm), and some travel and weekend work may be required.
Office location in Camberwell, Melbourne
The successful applicant will be required to undergo satisfactory pre-employment checks, including two professional referees and criminal records check.
