Reporting to the Chief Alliances Officer, you will be the driving force behind PRF’s strategic vision, ensuring our work in communities is aligned, sustainable, and impactful. Your role will involve strategic oversight, leading project prioritisation, engaging teams, and representing PRF across crucial stakeholder relationships.
With your influential personality, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of communities' challenges, you will foster relationships and develop innovative approaches to enhance our work.

The ideal candidate will have established relationships and a track record within the community sector. They should exhibit strong strategic and planning skills, with a history of leading strategy implementation. The role requires leading teams and projects, exceptional influencing abilities, and success in engaging with senior stakeholders.
The candidate should be adept at facilitating, convening, and building effective alliances, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both external and internal presentations. Analytical acumen, including financial analysis and landscape scans, is essential, as is the ability to work cross-culturally.
Preference will be given to those with direct experience working with communities and with knowledge of relevant policies, practices and the landscape of place-based work. A relevant graduate qualification or equivalent experience is also preferred.

This role can be based out of our Sydney/Melbourne office, with a hybrid work model allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work. Some travel may be required to engage with communities and stakeholders.
