Yugunga-Nya Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (YN PBC) is a member-based company representing the interests and managing the day-to-day business of the Yugunga-Nya native title holders. It is envisaged that the company will engage in diverse projects to help provide social, cultural, environmental and financial sustainability for the future of Yugunga-Nya people.

YN PBC has an exciting leadership opportunity for an inaugural full-time CEO based in Perth.
Working closely with the Board, this role will see you responsible for providing strong leadership, enabling YN PBC to achieve its strategic and operational goals. You will also be responsible for developing the company’s operations and actively engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the organisation’s vision and strategies.

YN PBC is seeking a driven and accomplished executive leader with a performance history of delivering results.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to apply these in strategic planning, business development and advocacy, along with experience in financial management, will be critical to your success in the role. Pivotal, too, will be your commitment to creative thinking and ability to drive positive and sustainable change.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be prepared to learn and understand Yugunga-Nya history, culture and aspirations, along with your knowledge of native title organisations and how they operate. You must be able to work collaboratively with people from a range of cultural and social backgrounds. A background in advocacy and/or any network relationships within WA will be highly regarded.
As you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, it is essential you possess superior relationship management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Importantly, YN PBC is also looking for someone who will build a culture of innovation, creativity, and ongoing development and improvement.
