PCCS is an innovative, award winning, not for profit organisation dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of local communities through increased collaboration, integration, inclusion, research, targeted health and community services.

We are excited about expanding into the training & education sector and have opportunities for passionate and innovative trainers to deliver the following courses to our staff and participants:

  • CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Support
  • CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health


  • Design, deliver, assess and evaluate training and assessment to participants and staff
  • Monitor students’ progress and provide ongoing support on their learning journey
  • Create a teaching environment that embraces diversity and empowers
  • Work in a team to promote a collaborative, supportive and dynamic professional environment


  • A Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • A vocational certificate, diploma and/or degree in your industry area
  • A minimum of 3 years current experience in the mental health sector and/or as a mental health peer worker
  • Demonstrated experience as a trainer and assessor
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Your passion for making a difference
  • Be a creative educator who thinks outside the box
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
