Club Managers have a varied and flexible role, driving a business and leading a team in sports, recreation and youth engagement within our Clubs.
PCYC is currently recruiting a Club Manager for our Bourke club.

This is a full-time opportunity, vital for building relationships in the local community, driving a business and leading a team. As a Club Manager, you will:
- Create a vibrant and fun club culture
- Promote the PCYC brand and image within the local community
- Demonstrate our values of Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, Citizenship and Respect
- Provide a safe environment for the youth of your community
- Lease community initiatives and programs
- Ensure quality customer service, recruitment, employee training and people leadership.
- Ensure the club’s financial performance, such as fundraising sales and memberships, and budget management
- Compliance, reporting and administration

About You
Are you a passionate person and looking to work flexible hours, as well as:
- you have a minimum of 2 years management experience
- you have proven experience in business management, operation planning and/or implementing innovative business ideas?
- you have strong networking and relationship building skills establishing valuable partnerships within the local community?
- you have strong leadership skills?
- you have strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills?
- you have a genuine care for your community and alignment to the PCYC Mission and Values?
- you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
