We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Organisation Development Support Officer to join our PCYC team. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability). If you have experience working with Learning Management Systems and an enthusiastic attitude, we want to hear from you!

Your New Role:

As part of the People and Culture Team, the Organisation Development Support Officer will work in consultation with the Organisation Development Team Leader to support in the maintenance of systems, projects, programs, and initiatives relevant to the Organisation Development team. A key aspect of the role is to support in the maintenance of the Learning Management system and training inbox to provide a platform that supports learning and development across the Organisation. About You

  • Minimum of 2 year’s work experience in an administration role with high volumes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Hold a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check.

Please Note: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
