This is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding position, based at Frankston Hospital. This is a fixed-term position and could provide an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker looking to develop their career in health.
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to provide patient centred care in a fast-paced acute hospital setting, they will have well developed organisational competencies, advocacy skills and the ability to develop and support strong partnerships both internally and externally to Peninsula Health.
