Fixed Term, Full-Time Role

The CRM Project Analyst position is responsible for managing the accurate translation of CRM functional and nonfunctional solutions from requirements gathered, research and analysis to contribute to the successful design, development, testing and delivery of a new Fundraising CRM, in line with the Foundation 2025 strategy.

Exceptional in business process mapping and platform configurations, the Project Analyst will develop and maintain a suite of artefacts including but not limited to, AS-IS TO-BE process maps, gap analysis, process automation, data architecture, workflow and sharing rules.

The incumbent will possess sound Agile project management and business analytical skill, with a technical and methodical mind for complex problem solving.

The role supports the CRM Project Manager in keeping the project scope, timeline and quality of delivered solutions to meet the user requirements.

This is a specialised full-time fixed-term role to April 2025 within the Finance and Operations business unit while the Foundation is undergoing a CRM Transformation Project to replace its aging Fundraising/Donor database (Raiser’s Edge) with an enterprise-level fundraising CRM (Blackbaud CRM).

• Fundraising/Not-for-profit and Blackbaud product experience are highly desirable
• Full-time, fixed term to April 2025
• 80 Hours per fortnight (with 1 ADO per month)

Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 and will be from $95,000.00 per annum to $105,000.000 per annum (full-time rates) based on candidate experience and qualification.
