The Strategic Project Manager plays an integral role in setting our high performing Foundation team up for continual success now and into the future. This role will solve high level strategic problems, navigate busy teams through change and manage important strategic projects with multiple moving parts effectively and enthusiastically. This role requires someone who is a quick on their feet, excellent with multiple stakeholders, fantastic with time management and not afraid to appropriately challenge the status quo to bring about necessary improvements to an organisation with a very worthy cause.
The Strategic Project Manager will building on great foundations set by the current strategy and the best performance the Foundation has seen to date. This is a full-time parental leave cover role that has an exciting 12 months ahead and we’re excited to find someone who will bring a creative and open mindset to ensure we are setting the Foundation and its supporting community up for success.
Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 from $110,000.00 per annum (full-time rate) to $125,000.00 per annum (full-time rate) depending on candidate experience. To be discussed with Hiring Manager.
