  • $76,000 - $95,000 inclusive of 7-day roster pattern (Monday to Sunday)

The Role

As the Experience Supervisor you will plan and manage the daily operations of the Penguin Parade & Nobbies attractions including team leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with centralised departments to ensure the attraction is a must-see destination through the delivery of streamlined operations, with a focus on enhancing the visitor experience whilst generating positive visitation growth and revenue.

If you possess enthusiasm, and the skills and experience to:

  • Successfully lead and motivate a high-quality visitor experienced focused team preferably within the tourism industry.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team including recruitment, rostering and performance management
  • Effectively develop and implement operations including related policies and procedures
  • Multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
  • Effectively communicate and competently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualification in business and/or tourism management and/or equivalent relevant work experience
