Join us at the Australian Physiotherapy Association as our Senior Marketing Coordinator in a part-time capacity, working four days a week. This is a 12 month contract position to cover Parental Leave.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid position where some of your days are spent amongst a small friendly team in our Camberwell office and some days you can work from home. On the days you are at the office, you will enjoy modern amenities and FREE secure undercover parking with easy access to public transport. About the role:

As a member of the Integrated Marketing and Communications team, the Senior Marketing Advisor will lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications programs that support the achievement of KPI's across key APA portfolios. This role involves partnering with organisational stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans and driving the execution of integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

You'll enjoy a varied role where you'll:

  • Partner with organisational stakeholders to develop marketing and communication plans that connect with APA audiences and achieve APA KPI's
  • With support of the Marketing Advisor, lead the implementation of integrated campaigns across Paid, Owned and Earned channels including eDM, social, website, paid media, print and the APA website
  • Collaborate with digital channel leads and agency resources to implement campaigns across social, paid media and the APA website
  • Drive the capability and adoption of marketing technology to deliver automated and personalised member experiences
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across wider Marketing and Communication Division and other APA departments
  • Deliver on member communication outcomes via a range of digital channels, new and emerging
  • Provide campaign reporting to management on the results of marketing and communication activities using analytical tools as appropriate
  • Maintain and circulate marketing schedules, reports and WIPs
  • Manage projects to deadlines and within budget
  • Delegate and manage work in progress with direct report(s), Marketing Advisor

About you and Selection Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar
  • Experience with the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of UX, SEO and SEM best practice and processes
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in leading a small team/project team
  • Ability to manage, maintain and nurture internal and external relationships
  • Must be a team player capable of performing administrative duties and multi-tasking to support the team with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
  • Understanding of current trends in digital technology and digital marketing
  • Experience with Oracle mar-tech platform, Eloqua, would be highly regarded though not mandatory.
  • Experience with using CMS platforms would be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
