About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator oversees two key areas:

  1. Share the Food warehouse – manage logistics of receiving perishable food donations and coordinate distribution to agencies as well as stock administration.
  2. Volunteer Coordination - manage compliance, recruitment and on-boarding of volunteers across all PPCG programs.

The role has overall responsibility for managing donor relationships, volunteers and warehouse logistics. It involves lifting and manual handling as well as working independently. Applicants must have a driver's license and be willing to work some weekends. The role is critical in informing PPCG’s food relief strategy and leading community consultation with partner organisations.
