Primary Health Tasmania has an exciting new opportunity for a creative and innovative Lead to join our Evidence in Practice team. This role plays a key part in implementing primary health professional workforce education, training and development and supporting evidence-based primary health care delivery as part of a dedicated, focused and committed team.

We are one of 31 Primary Health Networks (PHNs) in Australia and operate state-wide with offices in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone.
