Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team delivering impactful engagement and educational programs for Indigenous youth.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to program staff and students while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with youth participants, families, and communities, fostering trust and engagement.
• Plan, organise and deliver a range of activities and camps that engage young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in program coordination within an educational setting, preferably in remote areas.
• Genuine passion for empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth through education and experimental learning opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to thrive in remote and challenging environments.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the ongoing success of a growing organisation.
• Have high energy and have the ability to work as a part of a team.
• LR Drivers licence, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance.
