The Marketing Coordinator is responsible supporting the execution of our marketing strategy by creating and implementing high-quality content for our social media, newsletters, digital media, and our Foundation website.
This role requires a creator who has a passion for storytelling, a strong instinct to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas, deep working knowledge of current digital marketing best practices, and a commitment to supporting the Foundation to generate action, build homes for homeless youth and build public awareness about youth homelessness.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Content Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team in implementing the marketing and communications strategy by developing engaging and informative content (written, visual & social media) targeted to specific audiences, considering tone, style, and brand voice.
- Create Content: Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality campaigns and activities.
- Data-driven approach: Use data to have an impact on developing content, building brand reputation and loyalty, improving competitive positioning and gaining more supporter knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Brand Awareness: Maintaining and upholding the Foundation’s branding and messaging guidelines in all digital and printed materials.
- Team Cohesion and Culture: Work in collaboration with the other members of the Marketing and Communications team to achieve the departments overall objectives.
