About the Role

In this role, you will assist with a variety of projects that PWDA has been funded to deliver. You will support our project managers on research tasks and the design of research methodologies. You will manage small projects, delivering them on time and on budget. You will help with the overall smooth functioning of the projects team providing logistical and administrative support.

This is a maximum term contract of 12 months.

About You

You will bring energy and enthusiasm to this role, knowing that your work will ultimately contribute to upholding human rights for people with disabilities. You have an agile approach to your work and keep your head around multiple projects and tasks. You have relevant administrative or project support and an understanding of project management methodologies. You enjoy research and can dot the I’s and cross the T’s. You have developed your written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong IT skills are a must in this role.

PWDA offers hybrid working arrangements and if you are seeking this you can demonstrate that you remain productive and focussed and have suitable home/remote office facilities.

Previous work experience in the disability sector and lived experience of disability would be great but are not essential.
