About Us

Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia (ADA Australia) are looking for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Connector at Cherbourg to assist people to know what aged and community supports they are entitled to and how to use them.

ADA is a well-established not-for-profit provider of community services, working across Queensland to promote the rights of people to access services to live the life that is right for them.

About You

• Do you want to support elders in community to receive the right services and to remain at home longer?

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification OR previous experience in a similar role in case management, advocacy, community development or human services.
• Ability to get a National NDIS Worker Screening Check or current Yellow Card.
• Ability to get a Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
• Ability to get a National Police Check.
• Current drivers licence.
