The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our passionate and friendly Finance Team in a permanent role (0.8 - 1.0 FTE negotiable).

The Finance Manager will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure QEC maintains well established financial systems, processes and practices across the organisation.

In addition to the salary offered, you can also increase your take home pay through use of public health sector salary packaging and avail of our generous leave entitlements.

To succeed in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting including CPA/ CA.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and financial operations and systems.
  • Capability in delivering high quality administrative and support services.
  • Aptitude for navigating new software.
  • The ability to develop, maintain and use a variety of systems, processes and sources to gather information and gain deeper understanding.
  • Ability to identifies key messages and the information required for decision making.
