Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Liaison Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work for Australia's most comprehensive health and community services accreditation business and to assist in delivering day-to-day client service and accreditation processes.

Reporting to National Manager, Community & Health Services Accreditation the primary role of this position is to provide quality client services and assist in the administration of all processes of accreditation and certification.

The key deliverables of the role are:

• Providing up to date and consistent Information to clients on relevant Accreditation Standards.
• Providing services and solutions to clients to meet their accreditation needs and general enquiries
• Effective and timely reporting of outputs and performance.
• Effective communication and telephone support to clients and stakeholders

The successful candidates must possess:

• Understanding of or previous experience in the community or health sector
• Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service experience
• Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environment relating to accreditation programs
• High standard of communication skills - verbal and written.
• Competent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel (knowledge of Microsoft Word, highly desirable).
• Ability to develop and follow operational procedures as required.
