About the role

We are recruiting two part-time Intake & Operations Officers, between 2-4 days per week, to expand the Operations Team. These frontline positions will ensure the smooth operation of intake and operational functions at LawRight working closely with the team in our head office in Brisbane. Early career admins are encouraged to apply.

Key duties

The key duties of the role include: assisting with incoming calls, emails and correspondence; client intake; developing and maintaining processes, databases and resources; general reception and administrative duties; and participation in the general activities of LawRight.

Previous administrative experience highly desirable, ideally in the community sector and/or with experience working with vulnerable people.

remuneration and benefits

  • $77,485 per annum, plus super and attractive salary packaging options ($46,491 per annum at 0.6 FTE)
  • 5 weeks of annual leave per annum plus leave loading as well as additional paid leave during the Christmas closure
  • Staff work 7.25-hour days and we offer flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home on agreed days
  • Term: Contract to 30 June 2025, with view to extension subject to funding
